Music

I'm very fortunate in being able to say my first job was making music. I did it full time from 1978 to 2000 when I started in academia. Since 2006 I've been back into it. Below are some recent highlights, mostly associated with, or flowing from, the 100 Songs/Indie 100 project which we began in 2011. There's also some albums I made with my wife, Naomi Sunderland, and long time band buddies.

Phil Graham Band, Naomi Sunderland, and old 80s stuff

	Reunion was releasef in 2006 by the Phil Graham Band. The CD features the talents of Tim Gaze, Peter (Willy) Willersdorf, Steve Roy, Les Foyle, and Phil Graham who reformed for the first time since 1987 to do these recordings. You can buy the CD directly from CD Baby, We recorded these songs using a very cheap digital system comprised of a two channel Yamaha AD/DA converter and a Mac running Cubase.
	Red Dirt Road was Naomi Sunderland's first release in 2006. The CD features the talents of Naomi Sunderland, Tim Gaze, Peter (Willy) Willersdorf, John Barns, Les Foyle, Steve Roy, and Phil Graham. You can buy it from CD Baby.
	Can't Always Choose by Phil Graham Band. Released 2013.
	Al's Casino by Phil Graham Band. Released 2009. Featuring Phil Graham, Les Foyle, Tim Gaze, Peter Willersdorf, John Barns, and Naomi Sunderland. Recorded under the house with not much stuff. You can buy it from CD Baby or iTunes.

	One more sunset by Summerhouse. Featuring Kirk Lorange, Phil Graham, Adam Quaife, Naomi Sunderland. An ode to endings. I don't think you can even buy this one.

Sultans 2: The Power Strikes Back

A soundtrack for the Hot Buttered movie composed, produced, arranged, and performed by Tim Gaze, Phil Graham and friends in 1991.

The tracks on this album were published by Warner-Chappel music and released on the UPUZE (pronouced "up youse!") label. The album and movie were initially released in 22 countries. The recordings were done between 1983 and 1990, although most of the album was recorded at Moore Park studios in a very short time during 1990 specifically for the film. The film and soundtrack were re-released by Hot Buttered in 2014.
